Pengaruh Autogate, Self Check In dan Sistem Keamanan terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan adalah artikel ilmiah studi pustaka dalam ruang lingkup Manajemen Transportasi Udara. Tujuan artikel ini membangun hipotesis pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen yang akan digunakan pada riset berikutnya. Objek riset pada pustaka media online, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, Elsevier, Zotero dan media jurnal online lainnya. Metode riset dengan library risearch bersumber dari e-book dan journal ilmiah. Analisis pendekatan deskriftif kualitatif. Hasil artikel ini: 1) Autogate berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan; 2) Self Check In berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan; dan 3) Sistem Keamanan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan.
