Membangun Kinerja Pegawai melalui Komunikasi Organisasi, Semangat Kerja, dan Keterlibatan Kerja: Suatu Tinjauan Konseptual

Kinerja pegawai menjadi salah satu faktor strategis dalam keberhasilan organisasi, namun peningkatannya masih sering dipahami secara parsial melalui pendekatan individual maupun struktural. Kajian terdahulu telah banyak membahas hubungan antara komunikasi organisasi, semangat kerja, dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, tetapi penelitian yang mengintegrasikan ketiga faktor tersebut dalam suatu kerangka konseptual yang holistik masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model konseptual mengenai bagaimana komunikasi organisasi, semangat kerja, dan keterlibatan kerja berperan dalam membangun kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian konseptual melalui sintesis literatur dari berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dalam bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia dan perilaku organisasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi berperan sebagai fondasi struktural yang menciptakan kejelasan informasi dan koordinasi kerja, semangat kerja menjadi sumber energi internal yang mendorong perilaku kerja positif, sedangkan keterlibatan kerja memperkuat hubungan psikologis pegawai terhadap pekerjaan. Novelty penelitian ini terletak pada pengembangan model integratif yang memadukan perspektif organisasi, motivasional, dan psikologis dalam menjelaskan pembentukan kinerja pegawai secara komprehensif. Model yang dihasilkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi penelitian empiris selanjutnya maupun pengembangan strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia.
