Abstract

Performa last-mile delivery PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) bergantung pada penyatuan kapasitas tenaga kerja, teknologi, pengaturan jalur, informasi pengiriman dalam satu sistem operasi. Literatur terdahulu umumnya menempatkan unsur tersebut pada pengujian terpisah, sehingga jalur kapabilitas antara sumber daya perusahaan menuju pencapaian last-mile delivery belum banyak diterangkan. Kajian ini memeriksa kontribusi Kapasitas SDM, Modernisasi Teknologi, Optimasi Rute Pengiriman, Visibilitas Logistik terhadap Kinerja Last-mile Delivery PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), disertai pengujian fungsi mediasi Logistics Capability. Pendekatan kuantitatif explanatory memakai PLS-SEM diterapkan pada 200 pegawai yang terlibat dalam kegiatan last-mile delivery. Informasi diperoleh melalui kuesioner Likert lima tingkat, kemudian diproses memakai SmartPLS 4. Seluruh konstruk memenuhi standar validitas serta reliabilitas. Estimasi membuktikan empat konstruk eksogen memberi pengaruh positif signifikan pada Logistics Capability serta Kinerja Last-mile Delivery. Logistics Capability turut memberi pengaruh positif signifikan menuju Kinerja Last-mile Delivery. Kapasitas SDM mencatat pengaruh langsung tertinggi menuju Logistics Capability (β=0,326). Visibilitas Logistik menempati pengaruh langsung tertinggi menuju Kinerja Last-mile Delivery (β=0,317). Model menerangkan 70,0% variasi Logistics Capability, 72,4% variasi Kinerja Last-mile Delivery. Semua efek perantara mencapai signifikansi, menandakan mediasi parsial. Kajian memperluas penggunaan RBV, Dynamic Capability melalui penempatan Logistics Capability sebagai jalur penyatuan sumber daya. Implikasi pengelolaan mengarah pada penguatan visibilitas, kapasitas SDM, teknologi, optimasi rute melalui koordinasi perusahaan. Pendekatan menempatkan integrasi antarunsur sebagai dasar pembentukan kapabilitas distribusi pada aktivitas pengantaran tahap akhir perusahaan.
