Optimalisasi Nilai Tambah Perusahaan Melalui Inovasi Layanan Pengemasan

Pertumbuhan logistik kargo udara mendorong perusahaan logistik untuk mengembangkan layanan bernilai tambah yang mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, diferensiasi layanan, dan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis optimalisasi layanan pengemasan tambahan sebagai inovasi nilai tambah pada PT. Bangun Desa Logistindo dengan pendekatan Blue ocean Strategy. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, telaah dokumen, dan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan manajemen, staf operasional, dan pelanggan. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Four Actions Framework, Strategy Canvas, analisis value-added logistics, dan interpretasi lean logistics. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan pengemasan tambahan dapat menurunkan risiko kerusakan kargo, meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan, memperkuat diferensiasi layanan, dan menciptakan peluang pendapatan baru melalui layanan pengemasan premium dan ramah lingkungan. Pendekatan Blue ocean Strategy memungkinkan perusahaan keluar dari persaingan berbasis harga dengan menciptakan nilai pelanggan baru melalui layanan pengemasan yang lebih aman, cepat, terstandar, dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap kajian logistik kargo udara, layanan bernilai tambah, dan inovasi layanan pada pasar logistik berkembang.
