Abstract

Kawasan Strategis Yogyakarta, khususnya koridor Tugu Timur dan Titik Nol KM, menghadapi tekanan lalu lintas yang semakin tinggi akibat pertumbuhan aktivitas perkotaan, pariwisata, dan meningkatnya penggunaan transportasi berbasis aplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proporsi moda transportasi online terhadap volume lalu lintas, mengevaluasi kinerja ruas jalan, serta mengidentifikasi pengaruhnya terhadap hambatan samping di kawasan tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif melalui cross-sectional survey dengan pencacahan kendaraan manual dan rekaman CCTV pada jam puncak pagi dan sore, baik hari kerja maupun hari libur. Analisis kinerja jalan dilakukan menggunakan indikator volume lalu lintas, kapasitas jalan, derajat kejenuhan (DS), dan tingkat pelayanan (LOS) berdasarkan MKJI 1997. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transportasi online berkontribusi sekitar 12,9% terhadap total kendaraan dan 8,9% terhadap beban lalu lintas dalam satuan mobil penumpang. Ruas Tugu Timur mencapai volume puncak 3.204,8 smp/jam (DS = 1,40), sedangkan Titik Nol KM mencapai 4.889,4 smp/jam (DS = 2,61) dengan kondisi LOS F. Aktivitas naik-turun penumpang transportasi online meningkatkan hambatan samping yang menurunkan kapasitas efektif jalan dan memperburuk kinerja lalu lintas kawasan.
