Analisis Risiko Manajemen Aset, Integrasi Sistem, Berteknologi Data Inventory Meningkatkan Efektivitas Operasional Logistik Menggunakan KPI (PT Cipta Krida Bahari Tahun 2023)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Risiko Manajemen Aset (X1), Teknologi Data Inventory (X2), KPI (X3), dan Integrasi Sistem (X4) terhadap Efektivitas Operasional Logistik (Y) pada PT Cipta Krida Bahari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Operasional Logistik dengan nilai R-Square 0.765 atau 76.5%. Secara spesifik, Risiko Manajemen Aset berpengaruh signifikan dengan T-hitung 2.623 > 1.677, Teknologi Data Inventory dengan T-hitung 3.845 > 1.677, KPI dengan T-hitung 4.127 > 1.677, dan Integrasi Sistem dengan T-hitung 2.892 > 1.677. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam implementasi seperti kemudahan penggunaan sistem dan kenyamanan pengguna di area gudang produksi yang perlu ditingkatkan.
