Peran Pelatihan dan Teknologi dalam Mengatasi Human Error Freight Forwarding

Abstract

Meskipun pengiriman barang merupakan bagian penting dari rantai pasokan global dan perekonomian Indonesia, kesalahan manusia sering mengganggu kinerja dan keamanannya.  Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pelatihan dan teknologi dapat membantu mengurangi kesalahan manusia dalam proses pengiriman barang di Indonesia.  Studi ini menganalisis definisi, klasifikasi, dan dampak kesalahan manusia serta strategi pelatihan dan implementasi teknologi baru seperti Kecerdasan Buatan (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), dan Blockchain. Ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metodologi studi literatur sistematis. Hasil penting menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan manusia merupakan akibat dari komponen sistemik yang tersembunyi di tempat kerja, bukan hanya kesalahan individu.  Akibatnya, mitigasi yang efektif memerlukan pendekatan sosio-teknis yang menggabungkan pengembangan keterampilan sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan yang terorganisir dan penggunaan teknologi pintar yang dapat memprediksi, mengotomatisasi, dan meningkatkan visibilitas.  Teknologi dan pelatihan bekerja sama untuk membuat sistem lebih kuat dan adaptif. Penelitian ini tidak hanya menemukan masalah khusus yang ada di Indonesia, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur digital dan kekurangan keterampilan, tetapi juga memberikan saran praktis untuk kebijakan dan praktik masa depan yang dapat meningkatkan keamanan dan efisiensi transportasi barang.
