Pedagogi Inovatif dalam Pendidikan Indonesia: Kajian Kepustakaan Sistematis tentang Rancangan, Pelaksanaan, dan Refleksi Pembelajaran

Abstract

Pedagogi inovatif menjadi respons penting terhadap tuntutan kompetensi abad ke-21 dan keterbatasan pembelajaran konvensional yang berpusat pada guru. Kajian kepustakaan sistematis ini, mengikuti pedoman PRISMA, mensintesis 49 studi empiris dari 468 artikel awal yang diterbitkan tahun 2018-2025 di Google Scholar, SINTA, ScienceDirect, dan PubMed, mengenai implementasi pedagogi inovatif dalam pendidikan Indonesia, mencakup rancangan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan, proses belajar, dan praktik reflektif. Sintesis tematik menunjukkan bahwa integrasi prinsip deep learning, yaitu pembelajaran autentik, personalisasi, kolaborasi, dan teknologi pendidikan, secara konsisten meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta didik, berpikir kritis, kreativitas, dan kompetensi abad ke-21 lainnya, didukung pengembangan profesional guru berkelanjutan, desain iteratif melalui Design-Based Research dan model ADDIE, serta refleksi sistematis. Tantangan utama meliputi kesenjangan infrastruktur digital, variasi kesiapan guru, dan ketimpangan sumber daya antarwilayah. Penelitian ini memperluas kerangka TPACK dalam perspektif DBR serta memperkuat teori pembelajaran reflektif, menegaskan perlunya pemerataan investasi teknologi, pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan, dan kerangka etis integrasi AI.
